5. Return Policy

Martspirein does not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason other than defective or damaged goods. All sales are final.

Exchange Policy We accept exchanges for new, unused items in their original packaging. You must initiate an exchange request within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover all shipping costs for verified defective items.

How to Start an Exchange To start an exchange, email us at: info@martspirein.shop. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Product Condition Exchanges are only accepted for items in "New" condition (unopened, original packaging, unused).

6. Content

Content found on or through this Service are the property of Martspirein or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:
